素坤逸5號輝光酒店 (Glow Sukhumvit 5)

An older hotel, which I would say was affected by the covit closers. The hotel has worked on updating the rooms first, which is very good for guests. The beds are very comfortable along with the pillows. We found the room very quiet from internal and external noise. Very good curtains keep the room dark when sleeping. The TV has been well set up with plenty of choice. The shower has good water pressure and heat in the hot water. Cleaners do a very good job and ensure all products that may be used are replaced. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The WiFi is an issue, having to sign in each time, plus often, doesn't work. The pool needs work and updating, but is still nice on a hot day. The gym's equipment was all working. We extended our stay here as the facilities are good. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars are handy. A 7.11 is very close plusca larger supermarket is within a short walk, and is open 24 hours.

I stay alone and check in around 10pm. It is close to BTS Nana station. Only 5 minutes walk. I waited over 15 minutes for queuing check in process. The check in progress is very slow and i did not understand why another worker was sitting in the reception was not willing to help. Even me and another group of couples were queuing up. By the way, the room is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is also nice. However is wifi signal is weak. This is the reason I need to consider I will stay at this hotel again or not.

We stayed 3 nights here, overall very good experiences and recommended. Friendly and helpful staff crew over there, Chai bellboy very friendly and patience to kids 👍🏼👍🏼 overwhelmed friendly of the security guard. Facilities well maintained and bed comfortable not lumpy, just the showering water pressure hard to control the hot water. Location wise very nice, few steps to 7-11 and to Nana BTS. Very recommend for families stay.

Very convenient location. Close to hospital. Staff were amazing. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice. The pool on the roof was small but nice with a view.

The GLOW hotel is over priced for what they offer. The service here is very poor quality and the staff don't understand basic English. There was an earthquake here and the staff all left the building and nobody gave two Hoots about the customers and nobody came to check on them no one issued any warnings their response was very unprofessional. The rooms are small and not cleaned properly, they were marks from drinks on the bedside table and desk when I checked in. They will never cleaned off through the entire stay. Maintenance is substandard and the handheld shower Rose fell to the bottom of the pole and I reported it and for the whole week they never did anything to replace it when it's a very simple 15 minute job. They simply didn't care that you couldn't shower properly. The water pressure is terrible it's very weak and you don't even feel like you've had a shower after showering at the hotel. The liquid soap and shampoo is terrible cheap quality and it's unpleasant. After the earthquake there appeared to be cracks in the flooring in the corridors under the carpet. I told staff and they just laughed. There is an LCD tv, a safe, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes, and an old pair of used slippers. There are many much better quality hotels with much better service and at a cheaper price then this hotel. Do some shopping around and you'll find much better hotels with far superior service.

Бассейн на крыше Можно заказать такси из гостиницы в аэропорт. Из минусов: подуставший ремонт, халат чистый, но с дырками. Главный минус: сложность вселения - необходимость заполнить 3 анкеты при том, что в брони 訂房網站.com уже всё было.
